Description:
After installing LibreOffice 25.2 RC2 on Windows, I found it failed to launch,
the only exception is Safety Mode. Removing
C:\Users\Xyz\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice doesn't affect.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click LibreOffice icon from the Start menu.
Actual Results:
soffice running several seconds, then crash. However, if I click LibreOffice
(安全模式), it works.
