ooo104638-1.doc: 4 empty line gap showing on first page in between lines of
"Text"
I'm seeing supposed-to-be-hidden empty paragraphs in many example DOC files.
Another clear example is Test.doc (attachment 136513 from bug 112616), which
has line numbering turned on - easy to visually see the problem there too.
Note: to see hidden text, turn on Tools - Options - Writer - Formatting Aids -
Display Formatting: Hidden characters. Then Ctrl-F10 (View - Formatting Marks)
Steps to reproduce:
-open ooo54439-2.doc
Notice the 4 line gap. View Formatting Marks reveals "Start of hidden text" and
"End of hidden text".
This started in 25.2 (and backported to 24.8.3)
with commit 7b8cec8322b60673e686660caf875bc71117bbd0

I thought perhaps it might be side-effect fallout related to META bug 125905,
but when I tried to quickly revert caolan's commit it didn't help.
Many more examples could be provided.
