Are the characters correctly printed, when you use the font in an application other than LibreOffice? Are the characters correctly printed, when you use the printer with a different PC? Are the characters correctly printed, when you use a different, physical printer (not print to PDF)? Do you use a Canon printer driver or the printer driver from Windows?
