--- Comment #9 from Ichiro <[email protected]> ---
My steps ?
I used to Replace DBCS space characters to reduce document size and for good
lookout.
Step 1. Hit Ctrl+H (Search and Replace function)
Step 2. Enter DBCS Space character in Search (F) box.
Step 3. Enter SBCS Space character in Replace (P) box.
Step 4. Hit "Replace All" button.
Then receive an error message saying "There is no such string" (In this case A
character)
And you told me, you can find the character with FIND (Ctrl+F) function.
I tried, and "Find" could find out the character (DBCS space)
So, I tried replace operation again, but before Step 4. I checked "Distinguish
Upper character and Lower character (T)" on.
Then DBCS characters were successfully replaced with SBCS spaces.

"Distinguish Upper character and Lower character (T)" is described in Japanese,
maybe my translation back to English poor for you.
