            Bug ID: 165107
Summary: LibreOffice 25.2 does not start at all
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.2.0.3 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
After both update from LO 24.8.3.2 and a clean installation of LO 25.2 the
program does not start at all. It finshes before the initial logo is shown.
When I remove the profile, a new one with subfolder "4/user" is created but the
program does not start again. The "4/user" subfolder contains a file
"registrymodifications.xcu" and another subfolder "extensions" with a file
"buildid". I can start it in the safe mode but even though I check all
available repair options, the restart in the normal mode does not succeed. The
same happen if I try to start any part of it (Writer, Calc...).

When I reinstall the version 24.8.3.2 everything works fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install LO 25.2.0.3 release
2. Start any component.
3.

Actual Results:
The program does not start.

Expected Results:
Normal start of the selected LO component.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes
