Colin <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEEDINFO |UNCONFIRMED Ever confirmed|1 |0 --- Comment #3 from Colin <[email protected]> --- (In reply to BogdanB from comment #2) > Colin, can you try to reset user profile? Can you advise me how to preserve a copy of the current profile for reversion should a reset prove ineffective and serve only to wreck all the personalisation that has been stable since 7.5.9.2. Once I am able to preserve a profile copy for reversion then that's the first thing I will do. > Also you are using a very old version of LibreOffice. 7.5.9 end of life was > on Nov 30, 2023. You can try 24.8 (supported until June 12, 2025) or 25.2 > (supported until Nov 30, 2025). Anyway, a reset to user profile is needed > when using a new version. See Bug145995 and bug160018 Yes it's an old version because the Defined Table Sorting bug introduced with everything after 7.5.9 wrecks worksheets that have worked fine since 2016. See outstanding Bug145995 Dec2021 and bug160018 Mar2024. I Can't upgrade until LO is stabilised. I have not accepted any upgrades since I had to revert to 7.5.9.2 so by your own definition - Anyway, a reset to user profile is needed when using a new version - is it still feasible to suspect my profile? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
