Description:
I recieved a form that was originally saved in a Word 2007 format.
I remidiated that form in Writer, and added text boxes in Design view.
Alt-Text information was added to all items that required it, and there was an
image at the top that required centering, I added margin of a half inch in the
LEFT margin for the properties.
The file was saved, then reopened and all the of alt-text and margins etc were
not saved.

Also note that I tested this for all availbled versions of Word formats and the
same issue is present for all of them.
The issue does NOT occur if the document was saved in ODF format, edited and
saved as ODF or as PDF. Only if it was saved in the orginal Word format.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open document saved in Word 2007 format
2. add text box , Alt -Text and other info
3.save, close, reopen
Actual Results:
after performing those steps the alt-text is not saved.
Expected Results:
save the alt text information
Reproducible: Always
