The Hyperlink color is defined as a document Character Style -- 'Internet Link'

Default color is blue (#0000ff).

While the UI colors, page background and the link color on page can differ
depending on color scheme delivered by os/DE, or the new (at 25.2 Appearance
theme). The Tools -> Options ->  Appearance -> Customizations list box entry
for 'Unvisited links' and 'Visited links' (each with a check-box 'Show in
document') will only affect the appearance of the URL as shown in the UI.

The default color assigned via Character Style will actually print or export
with the document.
