Hello,
i have noticed weird behaviour on windows 11 24H2. Curently combination of
installed MS Office 2019 and any version of LibreOffice causes that MS Excel
wont open (stucked running process, taking about 20% of CPU and some ram). It
happens only when i open blank excel, not when executing specific file via
double click. Once i uninstall LibreOffice from PC, all works as expected.Other
products like MS Word, MS powerpoint work with installed Libreoffice as
expected.
Do you have any experience with this behaviour?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install MS Office 2019
2. install libre office (any version, earliest tested was 7.5.5.2)
3. open and close LibreOffice to check correction of install
4. open blank MS Excel
Actual Results:
MS Excel wont open when opening blank document - W11 24H2
Expected Results:
MS Office (Excel) and Libreoffice work simultaneously on one Operating system.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Tested on cca 6 devices (different HW setup). To be sure i tried to
troubleshoot by testing different versions of LibreOffice. Tried reset/re-setup
File associations with no results.
