When a radio button form control from an XLSX file is saved in Calc, upon
reloading it is disappearing.
The raw XML contains a bit of description of this element, but something
critical seems to be missing from that.
1. Open attached document in Calc
2. Save it as XLSX
3. Reopen the document in Calc or Excel
-> the radio button is missing
