Using Tools -> Customize: dialog on the 'Keyboard' tab and assigning a keyboard shortcut for both UNO commands: uno.JumpToNextRegion uno.JumpToPrevRegion OK to assign and close the dialog. On reopen, the assigned shortcut is then visible on the entry in the Tools -> Customize: Keyboard tab panel. The assignment is written to profile, and available in UI on subsequent launch of LibreOffice.
