            Bug ID: 165622
Summary: LibreOffice Writer Table Re-sizing With Mouse Should
                    Be Much Easier
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 24.8.5.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
When I resize tables in MS Word, I click and drag from a corner, and it resizes
the entire table accordingly to where I drag the cursor. When I click a table
in Word, it indicates the edges of a table with small white squares in the
corners and middles of each side. I can use these to resize horizontally,
vertically, or both at the same time. But it's not possible to do that in
LibreOffice Writer. That's a problem. It should be.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert a table.
2.Notice there is no way to resize the table using the cursor.
3.

Actual Results:
I am unable to resize the table effectively.

Expected Results:
Provide an interface that allows me to resize the table using the mouse like I
would in MS Word.

Reproducible: Always
