1. Open a blank LibreOffice Calc or LibreOffice Writer window
2. Make sure your UI mode is set to "Tabbed" or "Groupedbar Compact"
(this might affect other layouts too, I haven't tested them all)
3. Open a document
Result: your toolbars briefly get hidden and replaced by a menubar during
loading.
