Screen shots to illustrate problem
The Vertical Ruler is far off to the left of the document in single page view,
and impossible to "line up" with text, unlike the horizontal ruler which is
flush with the text.
ENHANCEMENT/BUG: Have the vertical ruler flush against the left side of the
text.
