On hitting OK, a previously-deleted index re-appears, which is unwanted behaviour. This index can be Deleted; but afterwards, if a suitable word is put into the concordance file, then again the old index entries re-appear, plus the word entered into the Concordance file. It should be possible to remove the old index entirely, so as to start from new, which was the original point of this bug report.
