Description:
To whom may concern:
I created this report here to be decided if it is a bug. I will put here the
email sent on April 1, 2025, and a workaround done yesterday, and replied today
to the same email. For the context of all of this, I originally used a book
template found on internet on Word, but I saved on LO format after that.

Workaround done yesterday April 13 and replied today April 14, 2025:

To whom may concern:
I had to do a workaround for my problem by modifying the page style of the new
chapter first page on the page layout from set Mirrored to Only right. It
appears to be working, because if I don't do that, the page style transition
has problems at some points (next style for the second page, headers between
left and right configuration).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New Chapter for a book, first page with page-style different from the rest
2. Page style with No-header, Yes-footer
3. Second page style is different - Yes-header, No-footer (different headers
for left and right pages)

Actual Results:
Sometimes, the second page does not have the correct header, correct header for
right page, using the header for left page.
And it appears to have the correct page style, but clicking on the correct
page-style do nothing, then I have to choose a different page-style (the one
for first page) and the choose the correct page style for the second page, and
it changes, but many times is being changed or has the wrong header.

Expected Results:
When I choose a page style for a page I expect to see the changes expected for
that page-style, without workarounds on choosing other page-style, and choosing
the correct one to see results. Also, that it keeps the modification, and not
see was changed later for no-reason.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I did a workaround, forcing the first page of a new chapter to be on right page
only. I changed the Page-layout from mirrored to Only right. It appears to be
working fine on that way. But I cannot tell more beyond that.
