Also different (but maybe related to that "ShellMenuView" thing) is what you see in Tools - Customize - Keyboard - we use OS-supplied key names there, not something defined in LibreOffice; so those "Vaihto+F12" are what your Windows gives LibreOffice, when it asks for the key names.
