The Appearance page in Settings does not seem to have a corresponding Help
page.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> Appearance
2. Click the Help button
Actual Results:
Could not find Help page (404).
Expected Results:
There is a Help page.
Reproducible: Always
