I started in safe mode, and I experienced the same behavior. To reproduce the bug: create a draw file, create two or three textedit paragraphs, then menu: edit/ select all. Now look at the state of the enabled or disabled of the Cut icon and the Paste icon, they are supposed to be enabled. Instead, the workaround is: while the text paragraphs are selected, right-click the right menu, copy command to be initiated.
