So we have following steps: Steps: 1. Write a word and select it 2. Insert -> Table of Contents and Index -> Index entry 3. Chosse User-defined index Actual result: not possible to insert key entry Expected result: Possible to insert key entry 4. Insert -> Close 5. Place cursor into index entry 6. Context Menu -> Edit index entry 7. Add some text to 1st and 2nd key entry -> Apply -> Close 8.
