Confirmed. And unable to resize the dialog, so overflowing text remains hidden.
Thus far the VT are an issue for control dense and l10n label challenged
panels.
But, I don't agree the vertical tab layout should be reverted--just needs
continued dev effort to bring up to UX expectations.
