Can not confirm. <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<F10> toggles dock and undock of the full
Sidebar. Or the <F5> flavor of the Navigator deck.
Additionally, grab & dragging the floating app frame should toggle a docking
location visible as the mouse pointer passes over it--the left edge or the
right edge of the main LO app frame.
If neither works, try in safe mode--or simply reset user profile, and retest.
