Add create_packages.bat and install.bat in libreoffice source code like in
doublecmd,because it is create easier installing libreoffice from source code
Steps to Reproduce:
doublecmd-master\doublecmd-master\install\windows/install.bat and
doublecmd-master\doublecmd-master\install/create_packages.bat
Actual Results:
Cannot do this in LO
Expected Results:
Want to see tgis function
