I use Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon Edition. And it just happens sometimes. You will need to install a Thai keyboard and actually type it. It does not occur if I start typing a word with ำ on a blank line. I can reproduce the bug on the sample document on the line that I showed it happened, i.e. the line that begins with เลือกลายที่คนนิยม คนทอทำไม่ทัน.
