Description:
The sidebar properties do not display correctly when you select a text box
immediately after you create it or start it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Calc.
2. Insert new TextBox, and Insert some Text (ex "a").
3. Open side bar, and select Properties icon.
4. Select TextBox.

Actual Results:
5. The contents of the side panel do not switch.
   The Cell Formatting panel remains open.

Expected Results:
5. The side panel changes to a panel similar to the one that appears when you
select Shape.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:

For example, if you create a new shape, select the shape once, and then select
the text box, it will start working correctly.

This bug also occurs immediately after restarting Calc.

It may have been embedded at the same time as the commit below.
