The dialog delay is described in https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=34140#c40 and also mentioned in bug 42673 comment 18 The component is not different, the delay has always been seen in every application. Even if closed, this report is not going anywhere and can be rechecked when bug 42673 is fixed.
