In some cases, when resizing a chart, the chart is 'jumping' vertically when
context toolbars appears. In that case, resizing in edit mode is more difficult
because it's hard to catch resizing handle ■ (black square).

Suggestion is to enlarge this handles to be equal in size to a
white-square-handles ☐ (resizing in 'non-edit-mode').
