I do still notice a issue, though. 
1. Open attachment 159163 [details]
2. Go to sheet 2
3. Select the gif; start moving it with the arrow keys. 
This is apparently macOS specific (Skia/Raster, not Metal). Not seen on
Windows. My objection is NOT that the GIF stops playing during keypress. The
annoying part is that still image (gif) isn't moving, until key release. You
have no UI feedback.

4. Same happen if you move the overlapping shape on sheet 5 with the arrow keys
In case of macOS nothing happens, until release (same as 3).

In case of Windows: feedback is better compared to macOS in general. The
direction of the keypress matters. Up/down slows with 'snail track'. Left/right
is fine (see screencast)
