--- Comment #2 from V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> ---
By default, LibreOffice is configured to support the Assistive Technology tools
provided by os/DE.

Interface follows os/DE color scheme. On Win11 the Accessibility -> Contrast
themes. UI will flatten and icon theme will shift. The same for the Win10 and
earlier Accessibility 'High Contrast' modes.

Your clip has not activated the Assistive Technology of Contrast theme and
instead is showing the default 'Automatic' theme for Win11 in os/DE 'Dark'
color setting.

Please read the release notes for 25.2

Tools -> Options -> Appearance theme replaced Personalization.

Users are expected to install an Appearance theme "extension".

To restore < 24.8 UI, for Windows builds you should install the 'Light
Application Color' theme extension. Select it from the list box, OK, and
restart LibreOffice.

Note: for the upcoming 25.8 release the theme defaults have been reworked.
