I confirm that with the latest official release version 25.2.5, the issue is still present — the section break with page orientation change is not correctly applied when opening the RTF file. However, I have now tested the pre-release version 25.8.0, and I can confirm that the problem is resolved in that build: the landscape section is correctly rendered.
