Description:
in libre writer, the alignment of content in header and footer is not proper.
specially coloum one

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have a docx file which have a default MS WORD "Blank 3 coloums header or
footer".
2. Open the file in libre writer
3. it is not properly alinged as it was in MS word.

Actual Results:
in orginal docx file the header have 3 coloum, 1 aling to left, one is at
center and another is at right.
in libre writer all are aligned to left with a tab space.

Expected Results:
should keep the formating same as the original one. i.e 1 aling to left, one is
at center and another is at right.
