--- Comment #4 from daniel boisvert <[email protected]> ---
Hello everyone,

I can confirm that the issue I previously reported is no longer reproducible
with LibreOffice 25.2, installed via Flatpak on my system. Everything works
smoothly, including mixed input and Python macros in Calc.

My initial report was based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, which ships with LibreOffice
24.2.7.2. That version still exhibits the bug in question.

I’d like to highlight that many users — myself included — are preparing to
migrate to LibreOffice by October 15, as Windows 10 reaches end-of-life. If
Ubuntu 24.04 remains on the 24.2 branch, these users may miss out on the fixes
available in 25.2.

It would therefore be helpful to:

Encourage users to install LibreOffice via Flatpak to benefit from the latest
releases

Or consider a faster update cycle in Ubuntu’s repositories to support the
migration

Thanks for your work and follow-up. LibreOffice 25.2 is truly a pleasure to
use.
