Description:
If the horizontal tabs in a dialog don't fit on a single line, they won't be
placed across multiple lines.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc, change to horizontal tab mode by options dialog > Appearance.
2. Open Sidebar and Click Styles Icon ( Alt + 2 ).
3. Select "Drawing Styles" Icon.
4. Mouse Right Click ( or Push Context Menu Button ), and select Edit Styles.

Actual Results:
5. The tabs don't fit within the dialog width, so arrows appear at both ends.

Expected Results:
5. Displayed in multiple tiers, making all tabs visible.

I have not seen this bug on other distributions of Windows or Linux.
