Description:
When saving a spreadsheet in DBF format and choosing a specific codepage, it
would be great if the corresponding byte in the DBF header is set accordingly.
It is byte 29.
Actual Results:
Save as DBF (this is really just because the form insists there should be text
here)
Expected Results:
Same as in the field above.
Reproducible: Always
