Somewhat missed the point here. The categories were not to be based solely on
application but on function. E.g. the user could create directories in which
templates for a particular operation/function could be stored. Document
templates form templates label templates business specific templates. These
templates could be immaterial of the app to be opened.
Currently all templates are shown as a flat Presentation regardless of the
directory sticture in which they are actually stored. Therefore in my case the
archived templates are still shown in the list of available templates without
distinction. Directory names would be a simple method of organisation of a
little limiting as far as naming is concerned.

Please reconsider this.
