Calc 26.8, despite using Start as the default alignment, has its formatting bar
showing Left-Center-Right as the possible alignments. This should have been
fixed according to bug 165507, comment 34, but it doesn't seem to be.
With the notebookbar, I see R-C-L-J, when it should be S-C-E-J nor S-E-C-J.
