Description:
Request to provide users the ability to set Document Background color
separately in per program separate from Libre Office wide setting. Users may
need the ability to work concurrently in Writer, Calc, and Impress yet require
different Document Background colors. For example, user may need a black/dark
Writer background while needing a white Calc and/or Impress background for
usability. Current settings do not permit separate backgrounds and constantly
swapping appearance colors is inefficient. Suggest permitting a separate
Appearance or View setting withing the specific program setting within Options
that overrides Libre Office wide Appearance setting. Tested on updated Windows
and older Linux to reproduce.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open more than one Libre Office program (e.g. Writer and Calc)
2.Open Tools-Options-LibreOffice-Appearance
3.Adjust Document Color in each program, watch setting in one affect the other
Actual Results:
Document Color in separate Libre Office programs changes and cannot be set
separately.
Expected Results:
Expected that user can set Document Color independently across Libre Office
programs.
