Description:
V25 is OK, V26 installs but doesn't run. Ctl-Alt-Del then locks up the PC,
reboot, uninstall. HP Envy 17 Windows 11 Pro
Steps to Reproduce:
1.upgrade from 25 to 26
2.PC locks up
3.re-install 25
Actual Results:
Version 25 works well before and after trying V26.
Expected Results:
Version 26 locks up the PC. I even uninstalled Windows and tried with a clean
install. Clicking on the Libre shortcut does nothing. As soon as I use Task
Manager to see what is running, the PC locks up rendering the power button
solely functional.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Two other PCs here run ok. This PC has TPM 2.0 off-chip but resident on the
mainboard. Otherwise, this PC exceeds minimum specs.
