At the moment, when you click-and-hold a page/slide in the Navigator of
Draw/Impress resp., the action does nothing (or actually, it yields some weird
fading animation of the item, which does nothing; at least with GTK3 VCL; but
let's ignore that). Instead, it should allow you to drag the page/slide to a
different position among the rest of the pages/slides, effecting a reorder -
just as a drag-and-drop in the page/slide page would do.
(This is part of request no. 1 by Yousef Phillips in bug 90244, which is being
split up.)
