are the pathes shown in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Paths 
  all valid and writable?
  (DE: Extras > Optionen > LibreOffice > Pfade:
   vor allem Sicherungskopien und Temporäre Dateien,
   am besten testweise eine andere Datei dort hinkopieren...)
