Description:
The `chart.setRanges` method produces unexpected results with charts containing
two series and different X and Y values.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use the chart wizard to create a chart with two data series having different
x and y data ranges.
2.Create a macro to change the data ranges using the setRanges method.
3.

Actual Results:
The graphic is modified and now contains only one data series. 
The chart wizard shows that the x-value range is empty and all ranges set with
setChanges are in the y-value range.

Expected Results:
Updated graphic with unchanged layout
