"Horizontal Line" missing from "Insert" menu after update to:
Version: 26.2.0.3 (X86_64)
Build ID: 620(Build:3)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place the cursor where the line is wanted.
2. Click on the "Insert" menu.
3. Scroll down to between "Formatting Mark" and "Footnote and Endnote" to where
"Horizontal Line" should be, but is not.
Actual Results:
"Horizontal Line" missing from "Insert" menu.
Expected Results:
The ability to place a horizontal line inserted at the cursor.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes

Offline help file,
file:///C:/Program%20Files/LibreOffice/help/en-US/text/shared/main0104.html?DbPAR=WRITER
Still indicates that "Horizontal Line" should be in the "Insert" menu.
