Description:
In Libre Office writer - I click on insert -> Special Character. The screen
appears. I drop down the 'font list' and then navigate not another application
screen. The Drop down list remains visible (on top) and focused.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Libre Office writer
2.Select Insert from the menu
3.Select Special Character from the list
4. When the special character screen appears, select the font drop down list so
that it drops down
Now navigate to another application screen.

Actual Results:
The drop down list remains visible and focused
Expected Results:
The drop down list for fonts should not be visible over another application or
screen.
