Regina Henschel <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] Resolution|DUPLICATE |--- Ever confirmed|0 |1 Status|RESOLVED |REOPENED --- Comment #3 from Regina Henschel <[email protected]> --- The problem is not connected to language: Write a line of text. Mark it and apply "Bold" as direct formatting by click on the B button. Now open paragraph styles and apply style "Preformatted Text". The previously applied "bold" is removed. Reason seems to be, that a character style change that is applied to an entire paragraph is not treated as character style but as property of a paragraph style and thus it is cleared, when a named paragraph style is applied. If you change the language of only a part of a paragraph and then change the paragraph style, then the language of the part is kept. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
