Description:
Currently, footnotes in Writer require a visible in-text marker and sequential
numbering. In philological editing, however, footnotes often need to be
numbered according to the line number of the referenced word. If possible, the
in-text marker could be optional or hideable, and the footnote number could be
able to reflect the dynamic line number field. This would allow robust
scholarly editing without manual renumbering.
Actual Results:
Currently, footnotes in Writer require a visible in-text marker and sequential
