Export pdf/a-1b format doesn't work: created document does not conform to
PDF/A.
Details: The XMP property 'xmp:CreateDate' is not synchronized with the
document information entry 'CreationDate'. The document does not conform to the
requested standard. The document's meta data is either missing or inconsistent
or corrupt.
Actual Results:
Writer --> File --> Export as --> Export in pdf format --> Pdf version:
pdf/a-1b

Document conform to pdf/a format
