Description:
I pulled down LibreOffice_25.8.5_Linux_x86-64_deb_helppack_en-GB.tar.gz, used
tar -xvf to unpack it, went to DEBS folder and used dpkg -i dpkg -i
libobasis25.8-en-gb-help_25.8.5.2-2_amd64.deb and got this:

It looks to me as if the deb is requiring itself but perhaps I am misreading
this. Anyway, it doesn't install!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.pull the .tar.gz file and unpack it
2.try to install it: no go
3.try to --fix-broken install: no go

Expected Results:
I would have liked to have installed working offline help!

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Nothing I can think of. Happy to try more if you instruct me. LO was only
installed yesterday so I don't think this is user profile.
