Description:
If the Logo toolbar is docked, LibreLogo is not able to open the LibreLogo help
screen. If the toolbar is floating, everything goes fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Dock the Logo toolbar in Writer.
2. Click on the command line and type F1
3. Writer wrongly opens

4. Undock the Logo toolbar
5. Click on the command line and type F1
6. Writer correctly opens
