Description:
Contrary to previous versions, when import text into calc it now shows just
garbage in the preview window.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new calc sheet
2. Import Text from csv file
3. Check preview window
Actual Results:
Unreadable garbage
Expected Results:
Should show something like in previous versions
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Might be related to some settings that were correct in previous versions.
Have filed bug #171115 regarding missing text in chart legend or axis.
