Installed 26.2.1.2 on an Intel I7-13700 with 32 G RAM
Optiplex SFF Plus 7010
OS 64 bit Windows 11 Pro Version 25H2 Build 26200.7705
The program will not load. Clicking on the icon shows a brief change in the
cursor and then goes back to normal arrow.
I had to go back to version 25.
